Classic Recipe
Ingredients
45ml N.I.P RARE DRY GIN
15ml Fresh lime juice
10ml Simple (1:1) syrup
15ml Soda water
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Lime peel
Ice: Small ice cubes
Method: Shake and build
Serve
Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled highball glass.
Top with soda and mix well.
Garnish and serve.

20ml Mancino vermouth bianco
20ml Yuzu juice
10ml Shiso liqueur
10ml Simple syrup
3pcs Shiso leaf
Soda water (to top up)
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Shiso leaf
Ice: Small ice cubes
Method: Shaken
Serve
Muddle shiso leaf with first five ingredients.
Shake with ice and fine strain into ice-filled highball glass.
Top with soda and mix well.
