Believed to be created in the US, this is a clean, sharp and refreshing, not to mention a fizzy cocktail that's a short drink but served long!

Classic Recipe

Ingredients


Glassware: Highball

Garnish: Lime peel

Ice: Small ice cubes

Method: Shake and build


Serve

  1. Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled highball glass. 

  2. Top with soda and mix well.

  3. Garnish and serve.



Signature Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml N.I.P RARE DRY GIN

  • 20ml Mancino vermouth bianco

  • 20ml Yuzu juice

  • 10ml Shiso liqueur

  • 10ml Simple syrup

  • 3pcs Shiso leaf

  • Soda water (to top up)


Glassware: Highball

Garnish: Shiso leaf

Ice: Small ice cubes

Method: Shaken


Serve

  1. Muddle shiso leaf with first five ingredients.

  2. Shake with ice and fine strain into ice-filled highball glass.

  3. Top with soda and mix well.

  4. Garnish and serve.
