The French 75 cocktail celebrates the firepower of WWI French 75-millimetre field gun. With quite a few revolutions since the beginning of this cocktail, more recent adaptions would see this drink made with gin, lemon juice, sugar and champagne, but in what's known to be more historical versions, it may consist of apple brandy, grenadine and lemon juice. A truly potent and tasty cocktail if you're looking for something extra punchy and bubbly!
