Classic Recipe

Ingredients

  • 30ml N.I.P RARE DRY GIN

  • 15ml Dry Vermouth

  • 20ml Fresh lemon juice

  • 20ml Raspberry (framboise) syrup

  • Splash of Egg white


Glassware: Coupe / Nick & Nora

Garnish: Raspberry (fresh)

Ice: None

Method: Shaken


Serve

  1. Dry shake all ingredients in shaker.

  2. Add ice and shake again.

  3. Fine strain into coupe / Nick & Nora glass.

  4. Garnish and serve.



Signature Recipe

Ingredients

  • 45ml N.I.P RARE DRY GIN

  • 5 Units Raspberry (fresh)

  • 10ml Violet Liqueur

  • 15ml Citrus (half and half lemon and lime juice)

  • 15ml Simple (1:1) syrup

  • 3 Slices Jalapeño

  • 5ml Egg white


Glassware: Coupe / Nick & Nora

Garnish: Raspberry and cayenne pepper half rim

Ice: None

Method: Shaken


Serve

  1. Muddle fresh raspberry slightly in a shaker.

  2. Add all other ingredients and dry shake.

  3. Add ice and shake again.

  4. Fine strain into a half-rimmed glass (with cayenne pepper).

  5. Garnish and serve.
