First ever gin launched by N.I.P back in 2019, this gin is created using 21 botanicals ranging from traditional gin botanicals to ones that represent the city’s own flavour, including fresh pear, aged tangerine peels, osmanthus and two types of Chinese teas. This recipe represents a harmony between various aromas and flavours to create a complex yet balanced spirit, and at the same time pay tribute to N.I.P roots, the heritage of the city of Hong Kong and its people.
