The second issue of the tea series that further highlights the wonderful combination of gin and tea, created with yet another premium type of Oolong tea, namely the “Da Hong Pao”, the history of which traces pack to the 1300s, and is regarded as one of the most prestigious cliff-grown teas in Wuyi, China. Together with mandarin peels, juniper and coriander seeds, this is a sweeter and darker roast type of profile that is a different kind of comforting and relaxing.
