In partnership with the boutique hotel Ovolo Southside, we’ve created a 90’s and early 2000’s Hong Kong-inspired pop-up bar at rooftop bar Above. Overlooking the serene backdrop of Hong Kong’s Southern District, we’ll be serving up irresistible N.I.P cocktails all night at the launch whilst DJ’s from Y2K will be on the decks. As our brand is a reflection of the Hong Kong spirit, this collaboration with Ovolo Southside brings to life many of the nostalgic Hong Kong elements and flavours - fused with the serene backdrop of Hong Kong’s Southern District and the South China Sea. It’s been a pleasure working with Chef Raul and Issac in designing the food and beverage offering, and it's something we are all truly proud of.
The pop-up bar will be running for 3 months from the launch, come try Sandeep Kumar’s (Founder of The Wise King and Brand Ambassador of N.I.P. Gin) delicious cocktail recipes for yourself!
